We discovered chimney cakes during our European travels…and instantly fell in love!
So our family created Chimney Cake & Co. to share this love with you.
But we added a twist; taking a time-honored Old World dessert, and updating it with cosmopolitan flair.
Here in our Miami café, chimney cakes are baked fresh to order. Part specialty doughnut, part ice cream sundae and part gourmet sweet, we fuse classic American with Euro and Latino flavors for an entirely unique and over-the-top foodie experience.
